Frequently asked questions

How do I link my bank account or M-PESA paybill to Sematime in order to automatically update student balances?

You only need to contact your bank manager to authorize Sematime to access your bank account transactions. The bank will be notifying Sematime whenever a new payment is received for us to reconcile.

How much do you charge?

The first 14 days are free thereafter you pay a monthly fee of KES 3,000 regardless of the number of students you have in your school. No hidden charges. No monkey games.
