Amongst my colleagues, there were those that were cunning and mischievous. Knowing that they had not performed well in the exams, they would provide incorrect post office addresses and as a result their parents would not receive the report cards. I had also observed that schools were having a hard time communicating with parents en masse. For instance, if the school wanted to communicate with parents urgently, they would resort to calling one parent after the other. For schools with many parents, this process was very tedious, time consuming and expensive.
